摘 要:选用三异丙醇胺和市售助磨剂与复合助磨剂进行对比,在相同掺量、相同粉磨时间下通过分析钢渣水泥的细度及物理性能的变化,从微观和宏观相结合的角度对助磨剂的作用机制进行了探讨。结果表明:复合助磨剂能够很好地降低钢渣水泥的45μm筛余、提高粉体的均匀性指数。复合助磨剂没有改变钢渣水泥水化产物的种类,只是增加了水化产物的数量,加快了粉体矿物的水化进程,钢渣颗粒的活性得到较好的激发,C-S-H凝胶、Ca(OH)2晶体和钙矾石结合紧密,因此强度得到提高。The fineness and performances of the steel slag cement samples were compared for 40 min grinding with triisopropanolamine,merchant and compound grinding aids. The mechanism and grinding effects were discussed from the microscopic and macroscopic way. Results showed that compound grinding aids reduced 45 μm sieve residue,thus improving the uniformity index of the steel slag powder. The compound grinding aids could not change the type of steel slag cement hydration products,but increased the number of hydration products and accelerated the hydration process of the minerals. The activity of the steel slag particles were better stimulated,C-S-H gel,Ca( OH)2crystals and ettringite were closely bonded,thus the strength was improved.
