摘  要:沙钢5800m^3高炉通过自主设计、自主集成创新高炉长寿综合、精料设计、独创特大型高炉三铁口渣铁处理、铁钢工序界面"一包到底"工艺、新型环保渣处理、节能型高风温配置、总图布置优化、高富氧喷吹和高顶压冶炼等技术,实现了高炉炼铁生产高效、优质、节能和环保的目标,节能减排效果显著,社会、经济效益显著。A series of independent design and integration technologies are used in Shagang's 5 800 m3 blast furnace, such as comprehensive long campaign technologies of blast furnace, furnace design adapting to beneficiated burden materials, hot metal tapping from 3-tapholes of super-large blast furnace, hot metal handling without re-ladling from iron-making to steel making sequence, new type of environment friendly slag treatment, energy saving equipment configuration for high tempera- ture blasting, optimized general layout, PCI with high oxygen enrichment and smelting with high top pressure. The blast fur- nace operation realizes high efficiency, high quality, energy saving and environment protection targets. Application of these technologies also results in considerable energy saving and consumption and brings obvious social and economic benefits.
