摘  要:目的比较姜黄挥发油成分两种不同提取方法的差异。方法通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法测定水蒸气蒸馏法与自动顶空提取的姜黄挥发油的不同成分。结果自动顶空结合GC-MS分析出姜黄挥发油中化合物56种,水蒸气蒸馏法分析化合物32种,其中22种成分相同。结论自动顶空结合GC-MS法更具优势,可以更快速、准确、全面地测定挥发油成分。Objective To compare the differences of two different methods to extract Curcuma longa L. oil. Methods Through gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS) method, the different components of Curcuma longa L. oil extracted by automatic headspace ( HS ) and steaming distillation method were determined. Results By using automatic headspaee GC-MS (HS-GC-MS) , 56 kinds of compounds from Curcuma longa L. oil were extracted and analyzed. By using steaming distillation method, only' 32 kinds of compounds were obtained, and 22 compounds were the same with those analyzed by HS-GC-MS. Conclusion The method of HS-GC-MS can be faster, more accurate and more comprehensive to determine the components of the Curcuma longa L. oil.
