摘　　要：以S纸质品制造厂为例,对其生产物流流程进行分析,针对其生产的三种不同类型的纸质产品,运用eM-Plant软件构建仿真模型,对生产物流系统进行动态仿真,依据仿真结果分析生产物流系统存在的问题,并通过改变决策参数、增加机器数量、综合调整统一加工时间分布等使生产物流系统合理化。In this paper, we took paper manufacturer S as an example, analyzed its production logistics procedure, applied eM-Plant to build the simulation model, conducted dynamic simulation of production logistics system according to lhree different types of paper products. Based on the results, we analyzed the problems in production logistics system and adjusted it by changing several decisive parameters, increasing the numbers of the machines and adjusting the processing time.
