5龄期不同给桑量对贵蚕1号原蚕生长及经济性状的影响

摘　　要：为探明贵蚕1号原蚕5龄期的用桑量,按克蚁用叶量100kg为100%的用叶量(对照区),进行了贵蚕1号原蚕5龄期不同给桑量(按对照区的60%、70%、80%和90%)对其生长发育及主要经济性状的影响试验。结果表明:随着给桑量的减少,5龄蚕的发育经过延长,蚕个体重减轻,全茧量、茧层量、种茧量、单蛾产卵量减少;在给桑量相当于对照的80%以上时,随着给桑量的减少,蚕幼虫生命率、虫蛹率、发蛾率提高,单蛾产良卵量降低。综合蚕体重量、种茧产质量、产卵数、良卵数等几项指标,克蚁用桑为对照区的80%~90%时5龄原蚕的成绩较优。To explore the supplying leaves weight of 5^thinstar silkworm,taking 100 kg leaves per gram silkworm as 100%leaves weight（CK）,effects of different supplying leaves weight（60%,70%,80% and90% of CK）on the growth and main economic traits of 5^th instar silkworm were studied.The results showed that the growth of silkworm was delayed,the weight of single silkworm was lighter,the cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight,seed cocoon weight and egg laying amount were reduced with reducing supplying leaves weight in 5^th instar.The larva vital rate,nymph rate and emergence rate of moth enhanced.Eggs per moth reduced.The performance of 5^th instar was the best when the supplying leaves weight per gram was 80%-90% of CK.
