摘 要:为了解黔南地区表层土壤中多环芳烃的污染状况,采用高效液相色谱法,对黔南地区表层土壤中16种多环芳烃(PAHs)进行定量分析,并研究其污染水平与来源。结果表明:土壤中ΣPAHs检出含量为3.7-259.6μg/kg,其中,苯并(a)蒽检出率最高,为61.9%;屈的残留量最高,平均含量为10.58μg/kg。黔南地区表层土壤中低环与高环PAHs含量比值均小于1,多环芳烃主要来源于燃烧源。To understand the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon(PAH)contamination situation in topsoil of Qiannan district,high pressure liquid chromatography(HPLC)was applied for quantitative analysis of 16 PAH in topsoil.In addition,the contamination levels and sources of PAHs were also investigated.Results:The range of PAH concentration in topsoil was 3.7-259.6μg/kg,the benzo(a)anthracene detection rat was 61.9%;Chy residue was the highest with an average of 10.58μg/kg.Ratios of high-ring to low-ring PAH in topsoil were lower than one,which further confirmed the sources of PAH were from combustion sources in local area.
