摘　　要：弱势群体的保护需要在多个维度展开。法的秩序价值的基本诉求、社会正义的现实需要、法的和谐价值的终极目标,是弱势群体保护的法理基础。人权保障是弱势群体保护的宪法依据,其保障路径呈现出如下思路:生存权是人权保障的基础,发展权是人权保障的全面提升,劳动权是人权保障的关键。在刑法上,需要构建一个立法保护和司法保护相结合、正向保护和反向保护相配合的立体网,从而实现对弱势群体的全面保护。The protection of vulnerable groups needs multiple dimensions. The basic demands to the value of order,the needs of social justice,and the ultimate goal of the harmonious value are the jurisprudence basis of vulnerable groups protection. The constitution protection of the vulnerable groups is based on human rights protection,whose path presents the following ideas： the right to life is the foundation of human rights protection,the right to development is the guarantee of human rights,and labor rights are the key to human rights. In criminal law,we need to build a combination of legislative and judicial protection,a three-dimensional network of the forward and reverse protection,in order to realize the comprehensive protection of vulnerable groups.
