康艾注射液抗癌症恶病质的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察康艾注射液治疗癌症恶病质的临床疗效。方法将60例晚期癌症恶病质患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组常规给予静脉营养支持治疗,同时治疗组加用康艾注射液治疗,治疗前和治疗4周后评价患者的KPS评分、体重、进食量、血红蛋白与血清白蛋白。结果治疗组在KPS评分及体重、提高外周血红蛋白,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间对进食量和血清白蛋白治疗前后的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论康艾注射液治疗癌症恶病质能提高KPS评分、稳定体重、增加血红蛋白,能改善癌症恶病质患者的生活质量,疗效优于常规治疗。Objective To study the efficacy of Kangai Injection in the treatment of cancer cachexia. Methods 60 patients with advanced cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups. The patients were treated with bst in control group, with bst and four weeks dosage of Kangai Injection 50ml per day in treatment group. The changes of score of Karnofsky,weight,indexes of hematology,albumin between both groups were observed and compared. Results In treatment group, the weight and Karnofsky score and hematology were improved remarkably, the contents of hemoglobin were increased remarkably, There were significant differences in these indexes between the 2 groups （ all P〈0.05） . Conclusion Kangai Injection can improve the life quality and keep weight and add hemoglobin syndrome of patients with cachexia.
