益血生胶囊治疗妊娠贫血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析与研究益血生胶囊治疗妊娠贫血疗效。方法随机选取我院2012年5月至2013年7月期间收治的120例妊娠贫血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,120例妊娠贫血患者均行"益血生"治疗,30d为1个疗程,共服用3个疗程,若是3个疗程之后无效,则停止服用"益血生"胶囊;对比120例妊娠贫血患者治疗之前与治疗之后贫血状况的改善情况。结果本组120例妊娠期贫血患者经过"益血生"治疗之后,115例妊娠贫血患者面色惨白、嗜睡、乏力、倦怠、头晕等一系列症状明显改善,总有效率为95.83%;115例妊娠贫血患者治疗之后贫血状况明显优于治疗之前,治疗之前与治疗之后差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);5例妊娠贫血患者治疗之后与治疗之前贫血状况无明显变化,不具备统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益血生胶囊治疗妊娠贫血具有十分显著的效果,并且在服药的期间没有产生不良的反应,是治疗妊娠贫血的良药,值得在临床治疗中推广使用。Objective Analysis and Research Yi Xue Sheng Capsule for pregnancy anemia treatment efficacy. Methods Randomly selected clinical data in our hospital from May 2012 to July 2013 period 120 cases of pregnancy anemia patients were retrospectively analyzed 120 cases of pregnancy anemia patients underwent Yi Xue Sheng Capsule treatment, 30d for a course of treatment , taking a total of three courses, if invalid after three courses, stop taking the Yi Xue Sheng Capsule; Compare 120 cases of pregnancy anemia in patients before treatment and after treatment of anemia improve the situation. Results 120 cases of anemia in patients after pregnancy Yi Xue Sheng Capsule treatment, 115 cases of pregnancy anemia pale, drowsiness, weakness, fatigue, dizziness and a series of symptoms improved, the total effective rate was 95.83%; 115 cases of pregnancy after the treatment of anemia in patients with anemia was significantly better than before treatment, before treatment and after treatment differences are significant, with statistical significance （ P〈0.05）; after five cases of anemia in patients with previous pregnancy anemia treatment had no significant change, not statistically significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Yi Xue Sheng Capsule treat anemia in pregnancy has a very significant effect, and no adverse reflected during the medication, medicine for the treatment of blood pregnancy and should be introduced in the clinical treatment.
