摘　　要：目的：建立黄连紫草凝胶的质量标准。方法采用TLC鉴别黄连紫草凝胶中的黄连、地黄、当归、紫草、黄柏；采用HPLC对制剂中的盐酸小檗碱进行含量测定。结果盐酸小檗碱在7.64~38.2μg＆#183;mL-1范围内线性良好，平均回收率100.38%， RSD3.79%。结论该方法简单易操作，结果准确可靠，重复性好，可作为黄连紫草凝胶的质量控制标准。Objective Establish the quality standards of rhizoma coptidis radix arnebiae seu lithospermi gel. Methods The TLC identifica-tion of rhizoma coptidis in rhizoma coptidis, radix rehmanniae, radix arnebiae seu lithospermi gel angelica, radix arnebiae seu lithospermi, cortex phellodendri; Content of the preparation of berberine hydrochloride by HPLC determination. Results Berberine hydrochloride in 7.64~38.2μg＆#183;mL-1 within the scope of linear is good, the average recovery of 100.38%, RSD3.79%. Conclusion The method is simple and easy to operate, reliable results are accurate and good repeatability can be used as the quality control of rhizoma coptidis radix arnebiae seu lithospermi gel.
