摘  要:螺栓联接因其特有的结构方式和性能特点,广泛应用于电器制造业。螺栓有很多种联接方式,可根据具体的受力情况进行不同的组合,形成各种不同的螺栓组。为确保螺栓组联接的可靠性,本文对螺栓组的不同受力情况进行了分析,包括横向荷载下的受力分析;摩擦系数、螺栓预紧力和外载角度对螺栓孔周边应力的影响等,并提出了保证螺栓组联接可靠性应注意的事项。Due to its specific structure mode and performance characteristic, the bolt connection is widely used in electric appliance manufacturing industry. Bolt has many connection methods. It can form different assemblies according to specific force situation;and then it forms different bolt groups. In order to make sure the reliability of bolt groups’ connection, this paper analyzes different force situations of bolt group, including force situation in lateral load, friction coefficient, bolt pretightening force, and the effect of load angle to surrounding bolt holes, etc. Finally, the matters that should be paid attention to so as to guarantee the reliability of bolt groups’ connection are presented.
