摘　　要：为了掌握塑料回收行业的发展动向,了解塑料回收料、再生改性料在生产流通、使用中所涉及的产品技术标准、试验方法、质量控制等,对回收改性塑料行业产业链中产品、零部件、改性塑料、塑料回收料企业进行了调研。调研结果表明,当前国内塑料改性行业中普遍存在国家支持力度不够、应用层面较低、废料依赖进口、产品认证标准缺乏等问题,并针对这些问题给出了相关建议。In order to acquire the development trend of plastic recycling industry in recent years, and to understand the product technical standards, test methods and quality control strategy of recycled and modified plastics, we conducted a survey and research on enterprises which are parts of the recovery and modified plastics industry chain. Based on these survey and research data, this paper pointed out some problems and put forward suggestions of recycled-modified plastics industry.
