摘　　要：随着北京市东城区电子政务的深入发展,对信息安全提出了更高要求,使信息安全管理的地位越发突出,为了对不断发展的信息系统加强安全管理,我们对信息系统全生命周期安全管理进行了探索,制定了东城区电子政务全生命周期安全管理体系,通过落实信息系统全生命周期安全管理体系,使东城区电子政务的信息安全管理水平有了实质性的提高。With the further development of electronic government of Beijing Dongcheng District government, it has advanced further requirement to the information security. And the information security management is increasingly outstanding. In order to strengthen the safety management of the information system, Beijing Dongcheng District government explored the information security life-cycle management, laid out Beijing Dongcheng District government information security life-cycle management system. Through the implementation of information security life-cycle management system, Dongcheng District government’s information security management level has been substantial y increased.
