“通督静脑”针刺法治疗儿童多动症51例

摘　　要：目的:探讨"通督静脑"针刺法治疗儿童多动症的治疗效果。方法:对51例儿童多动症患者采用"通督静脑"针刺法治疗,统计分析治疗效果。结果:51例儿童多动症患者中治愈26例,占50.98%;好转23例,占45.10%;无效2例,占3.92%;总有效率96.08%。比较治疗前后康奈尔儿童多动症诊断行为量表评分,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:"通督静脑"针刺法治疗儿童多动症能调督静脑,镇静安神,以静制动,安神定志,调节中枢神经系统的兴奋与抑制的平衡,疗效肯定,值得临床推广。Objective：To explore the Tongdu Jingnao needling method for the treatment of children with ADHD. Methods ：51 cases of children with ADHD received Tongdu Jingnao acupuncture treatment,with statisti-cal analysis of treatment effect. Results ：Among 51 cases of children with ADHD,26 cases were cured, account- ing for 50. 98% ; 23 cases were improved, accounting for 45. 10%. 2 cases were invalid, accounting for 3.92%. The total efficiency was 96.08%. Compared before and after treatment of Connell children diagnosed with ADHD behavior scale score, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Tongdu Jingnao nee- dling method for the treatment of children with ADHD can regulate the balance between excitement and inhibi- tion of central nervous system. It is worth the clinical promotion.
