麦粒灸对Lewis荷瘤小鼠Treg细胞表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过对施以麦粒灸治疗后的Lewis荷瘤小鼠Treg细胞表达的观察说明麦粒灸可以使Treg细胞的表达下调,从而证明麦粒灸有调节肿瘤相关免疫的作用。方法:将30只B6小鼠随机分为空白组、对照组及治疗组,对照组及治疗组小鼠皮下接种Lewis肿瘤细胞,1周后治疗组予以麦粒灸治疗10天,治疗结束后处死全部小鼠取脾脏制得脾脏细胞悬液,通过流式细胞术检测Treg细胞的表达。结果:荷瘤小鼠Treg细胞的表达较空白组高,治疗组Treg细胞的表达较对照组降低。结论:麦粒灸治疗可以使荷瘤小鼠的Treg细胞的表达下调。Objective：To demonstrate the scarring moxibustion can decrease regulatory （Treg） cells of the tumor, this study observes the Treg cells from Lewis tumor - bearing mice after receiving the therapy of scarring moxibustion. Thus, it proves that hat scarring moxibustion has the ability of adjusting tumor - associated im- mune. Methods ：30 C57BL/6 mice were divided into a blank group,a control group and a treatment group. Both the control group and the treatment group were injected Lewis cancer cells subcutaneously. Seven days later, mice in the treatment group received the therapy of scarring moxibustion for ten days. Then, all of the mice were sacrificed and splenic single - cell suspensions were made from their spleens. Expressions of Treg cells were an- alyzed by FACS. Results：Tumor -bearing mice expressed a higher Treg cells compared with the blank group. Furthermore, the expression of Treg ceils in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group. Con- clusion ： The expression of Treg cells of tumor - bearing mice can be decreased by the therapy of scarring moxi- bustion
