摘　　要：目的：建立一种同时测定丁香叶中丁香苦苷和羟基酪醇含量的方法.方法：采用HPLC梯度洗脱法,色谱柱为Dikma Technologies C18柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水溶液,检测波长为221 nm.结果：丁香叶中丁香苦苷和羟基酪醇分别在25.81 ～ 826.00μg/mL和3.01～96.40.μg/mL内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为97.8％和98.6％;RSD为1.8％和2.1％.结论：本方法简便快速、准确可靠,可用于丁香叶药材及其制剂的质量评价.Objective： To estabhsh a method for the simultaneous determination ot Synngoplcromue and Hydroxytyrosol in Folium Syringae. Methods ：The determination was developed on Cls column. Methanol -wa- ter was used as mobile phase and the detective wavelength was set at 221 nm, respectively. Results ：The linear ranges of Syringopicroside and Hydroxytyrosol were 25. 81 - 826.00μg/mL （ r = 0. 9997 ） and 3. 01 ~ 96. 40μg/mL（ r --0.9998）, respectively. The average recovery rate was 97.8% （ RSD = 1.8% ） and 98.6% （RSD = 2. 1% ） , respectively. Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate, which could be used for the quality control of Folium Syringae.
