针药罐结合治疗功能性低热1例

摘　　要：功能性低热是自主神经功能紊乱引起的人体内脏器官功能失调证症候群,在临床上较常见。西医理化检查常无明确病因,治疗效果不明显。现从中医传统疗法与现代医学相结合的角度,联合运用华佗夹脊穴盘龙刺、背部膀胱经走罐和黄连温胆汤加减的方法治疗功能性低热,经治疗患者体温逐渐下降直至恢复正常,伴随症状随之改善,随访未见复发。为本病的治疗提供了一种新的综合疗法。Functional low - heat fever is a syndrome of visceral organ disorder caused by autonomic nervous dysfunction, which is a common clinical case. As a clear pathogenesis is usually hard to get through laboratory examination based on the western medicine, the curative effect is limited. Yet approaching from the perspec- tive of a combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and modem medicine, this illness can be cured by collectively Pan Long acupuncturing at Hua Tuo Jia Ji point, moving cupping on the bladder meridian of the patient＇ s back, and drinking Huanglian Wendan decoction. After the therapy, the patient＇ s body temperature gradually dropped back to normal and the patient gained apparent improvements according to other symptoms. No relapse has been found. This provides a new comprehensive treatment for this illness.
