健龈愈肿汤治疗急性多发性龈脓肿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健龈愈肿汤治疗急性多发性龈脓肿的临床疗效。方法:将62例患者随机分为两组,对照组30例给予西医常规治疗,治疗组32例在局部西医常规治疗基础上给予自拟健龈愈肿汤,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.75%,对照组总有效率为66.67%,两组比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:健龈愈肿汤治疗急性多发性龈脓肿疗效满意,值得临床广泛推广和应用。Objective： To observe the curative effects in the treatment of acute multiple gingival abscess with Jianyin Yuzhong decoction. Methods： 62 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in the con- trol group were given conventional western medicine treatment. 32 cases in the treatment group were given the treatment of Jianyin Yuzhong decoction based on the conventional western medicine. Then the clinical efficacy was compared between two groups. Results： There was a significant difference between the treatment group （93.75 % ） and the control group （66.67 % ） according to the total effective rate （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Jia- nyin Yuzhong decoction is effective in the treatment of acute multiple gingival abscess, and it is worthy of ex- tensive spread and application.
