摘 要:为了解蛋鸡舍周围环境中的细菌数量与种类,以便为鸡舍细菌性疾病的预防与控制提供依据,在大同市两个蛋鸡舍中采用自然沉降法对空气进行采样,测定其需氧菌总数,并对优势菌群进行鉴定及药敏试验。结果显示,鸡舍内空气需氧菌中主要优势菌有:葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、微球菌等。药敏试验结果显示,葡萄球菌主要对磷霉素、头孢噻肟、链霉素、庆大霉素、安普霉素表现敏感;微球菌主要对庆大霉素、安普霉素表现敏感;大肠杆菌对氟苯尼考、磷霉素、安普霉素表现敏感。试验菌株对大部分药物表现不同程度的多重耐药性,整体上细菌耐药性比较严重。To know about the number and species of bacteria in the surrounding environment of the layer house and provide the basis for prevention and control of the bacterial disease of chicken, the air samples of two layer houses in Datong city were collected by natural precipitation method for identification and drug susceptibility test of dominant bacteria and bacterial count. The results showed that dominant bacteria of the air aerobic bacteria in the chicken coop were Staphylococcus, Escherichia and Micrococcus, etc. Drug susceptibility test results showed that Staphylococcus were sensitive to Gentamycin, Cefotaxime, Apramycin, Micrococcus were sensitive to Florfenicol, Cefotaxime, E.coli were sensitive to Norfloxacin, Florfenieol, Rifampicin, Fosfomycin, Cefotaxime, Streptomycin, Apramyein, they appeared varying degrees of multi-drug resistance to most drugs, and bacterial resistance was serious.
