摘  要:目的监测与评价沈阳市不同年龄、性别社区干部的感官和神经内分泌系统亚健康情况,为加强社区干部亚健康意识与制定合理健身计划提供科学依据。方法采用文献资料法、实验测量法和数理统计法,用人体能量监测仪(亚健康测评模块)对沈阳市某行政区不同年龄段的社区干部亚健康状态进行测试分析。结果沈阳市某区社区1 295名干部中处于亚健康状态的人数比率高达71.4%,社区干部总体亚健康状态的发生率性别间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。51岁及以上人群的亚健康率达到78.7%。感官系统、神经系统及内分泌系统都存在不同程度的亚健康状态,女性大(中)脑(65.1%)、小脑(94.0%)、松果体(54.6%)、甲状腺(36.7%)和鼻(58.6%)处于亚健康状态的比率显著高于男性大(中)脑(62.3%)、小脑(85.1%)、松果体(46.1%)、甲状腺(31.1%)和鼻(49.6%)。男性肾上腺(47.0%)、眼(89.5%)和耳(77.4%)处于亚健康状态的比率显著高于女性肾上腺(35.9%)、眼(84.0%)和耳(70.4%)。结论沈阳市某社区干部亚健康状况严重,感官系统、神经系统和内分泌系统的亚健康状态程度与年龄和性别有关,亚健康的发生受职业、生活习惯等多种因素的影响,建议应加强职业健康监护和制定实施健身计划。[Objective]To monitor and evaluate the sub-health state of sensory system,nervous system and endocrine system among community cadres in different ages and genders of Shenyang City,provide a scientific basis for strengthening the health consciousness of community cadres and developing the reasonable fitness program. [Methods]The methods of literature,experiment,statistics,and human energy monitor were used to analyze the sub-health states of community cadres in different ages of a district of Shenyang City. [Results]The rate of sub-health state among 1 295 community cadres reached 71.4%,and there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of being in sub-health state between males and females(P0.05). The incidence rate of being in sub-health state in people over 51 years old was 78.7%. The sub-health state was observed in sensory system,nervous system and endocrine system in varying degree. The sub-health rates of cerebrum/midbrain(65.1%),cerebellum(94.0%),pineal gland(54.6%),thyroid gland(36.7%)and nose(58.6%)in females were higher than those in males(cerebrum/midbrain of 62.3%,cerebellum of 85.1%,pineal gland of 46.1%,thyroid gland of 31.1%,and nose of 49.6%). The sub-health rates of renicapsule(47.0%) eye(89.5%) and ear(77.4%) in males were higher than those in females(renicapsule of 35.9%,eye of 84.0% and ear of 70.4%). [Conclusion]The sub-health state among community cadres of Shenyang City is serious. The degrees of sub-health state in sensory system,nervous system and endocrine system are related to age and sex. The occurrence of sub-health can be influenced by occupation,living habits and other factors,so it is necessary to strengthen the occupational health surveillance,develop the implement the fitness program.
