摘 要:目的探讨消防员人格状况,促进消防员人格健康发展,进一步为部队高危职业官兵的心理健康教育工作提供参考依据。方法采用卡特尔16种人格因素(16PF)量表对西安市某武警部队的消防员进行群体心理测评。结果新兵和老兵在乐群性、稳定性、兴奋性、敢为性、世故性、独立性、紧张性这7种人格因素得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。城市兵和农村兵在乐群性、恃强性、聪慧性、独立性、敢为性、怀疑性、幻想性、敏感性、忧虑性这9种人格因素得分差异(P<0.05)。未婚兵和已婚兵在稳定性、世故性、独立性、有恒性、敢为性、敏感性、实验性、纪律性、幻想性、忧虑性、紧张性这11种人格因素得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对消防兵的人格特征开展心理辅导和心理训练工作,使他们最大限度地发挥自己的职业潜能,对其成长和发展具有重要意义。[Objective]To study the personality characteristics of fireman, promote the healthy development of personality in firemen, provide the reference basis for psychological health education among officers and soldiers engaged in high risk occupation.[Methods]Cattell's 16 Personality Factors questionnaire was used to evaluate the personality characteristics of firemen of an armed police force in Xi'an City. [Results]The differences in the scores on the aspects of warmth,emotional stability,liveliness,social boldnes,privateness,self-reliance and tension between recruits and veterans were significant(P〈 0.05). The differences in the scores on the aspects of warmth,reasoning,dominance,social boldness,sensitivity,vigilance,abstractedness,apprehension and self-reliance between urban soldiers and rural soldiers were significant(P0.05). The differences in the scores on the aspects of emotional stability,rule-consciousness,social-boldness,sensitivity,abstractedness,privateness,apprehension,openness to change,self-reliance,perfectionism and tension between married soldiers and unmarried soldiers were significant(P0.05).[Conclusion] The psychological counseling and training based on personality characteristics of firemen can maximize their career potential, which has great significance on their growth and development.
