摘  要:目的建立豆芽菜中尿素的测定方法。方法采用二乙酰一肟法测定豆芽菜中尿素的含量。结果该方法在0-100mg/kg具有良好的线性关系,该方法检出限为1.3 mg/kg、测定下限为5.2 mg/kg,样品测定的精密度在2.1%-2.8%。回收率为92%-98%。结论该方法可以作为豆芽菜中尿素的日常检测方法。[Objective]To establish the determination method of urea in bean sprouts. [Methods]The diacetylmonoxime colorimetric method was applied in the determination of urea in bean sprouts.[Results]The method showed a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 0-100 mg/kg. The detection limit of this method was 1.3 mg/kg, and lower limit of determination was5.2 mg/kg. The precision was 2.1%-2.8%. The recoveries were between 92% and 98%.[Conclusion]The method can be used as a conventional method in determination of urea in bean sprouts.
