2009—2013年乌鲁木齐市天山区法定报告传染病疫情分析

摘　　要：目的掌握乌鲁木齐市天山区法定传染病流行情况。方法对传染病疫情资料作描述流行病学分析。结果 2009—2013年乌鲁木齐市天山区法定传染病共报告32 090例,报告病种25种,平均发病率为1 009.23/10万;死亡173例,平均死亡率为5.29/10万,病死率为0.54%。2009—2013年肠道、呼吸道、自然疫源性及虫媒传染病及血源和性传播疾病的发病率(/10万)分别为42.2、132.06、0.72和579.8。结论血源及性传播疾病和呼吸道传染病是该区的重点传染病。[Objective]To understand the epidemic situation of notifiable infectious diseases in Tianshan District of Urumuqi City.[Methods]Descriptive epidemiology was used to analyze the epidemic data of infectious diseases.[Results]A total of 32 090 cases of 25 kinds notifiable infectious disease were reported in Tianshan District of Urumuqi from 2009-2013, with average incidence of1 009.23/100 000. One hundred and seventy three death cases were reported, the average mortality was 5.29/100 000,the fatality rate was 0.54%. The incidence rate of intestinal,respiratory,arthropod-borne and zoonotic,blood and sexually transmitted infectious disease was 42.2/100 000, 132.06/100 000, 0.72/100 000 and 579.8/100 000, respectively. [Conclusion]Blood and sexually transmitted diseases and respiratory infectious diseases are the focus infectious disease in Tianshan District.
