摘  要:目的了解北京市大兴区公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况,为今后开展公共场所集中空调卫生监督监测工作提供依据。方法收集2011—2013年大兴区集中空调卫生监测资料并进行汇总分析。结果 2011—2013年共检测样品4 821件,合格4 800件,合格率为99.6%;2011、2012和2013年检测件数分别为775、2 827和1 219件,合格件数分别为768、2814和1 218件,合格率分别为99.1%、99.5%和99.9%。3年监测结果合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.46,P<0.05)。结论大兴区公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况不容乐观,应加强对集中空调的管理、清洗消毒工作,预防空气传播性疾病在公共场所的传播。[Objective]To understand the sanitary status of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places of Daxing District of Beijing City,and provide the evidence for its sanitary supervision and surveillance. [Methods]The data of sanitary monitoring on central air conditioning in Daxing District during 2011-2013 was collected and analyzed.[Results]A total of4 821 samples were detected from 2011-2013,4 800 were qualified,with the qualified rate of 99.6%,775,2 827,1 219 samples were detected in 2011,2012,2013 respectively,among which 768,2 814,1 218 were qualified respectively,with the rate of 99.1%,99.5%,99.9% respectively. Significant difference was observed in qualified rate between 3 years(χ^2 =7.46,P〈 0.05). [Conclusion]The sanitation conditions of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places of Daxing District is not optimistic. It is necessary to strengthen the management of central air conditioning,cleaning and disinfection,to prevent the spread of air borne diseases in public places.
