摘　　要：目的了解江苏某硅材料制备公司在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素,调查该公司接触职业病危害因素工人的健康状况,以采取有效的防控措施,保护从业人员的身体健康。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法。结果该企业主要的职业病危害因素监测合格率为:噪声63.2%,粉尘74.4%,高温20.0%;接害工人职业健康检查异常检出率为:听力损失24.63%,肺功能异常5.54%,高仟伏胸片异常3.32%,血常规异常2.24%,尿常规异常3.03%。结论该公司的作业现场中粉尘、噪声、高温危害较严重,对作业人员的健康造成了一定程度的影响,须加强职业危害治理和个人防护,切实保护工人的身体健康。[Objective]To understand the occupational hazards during the production process in a silicon-material preparation company of Jiangsu Province,investigate the health status of workers exposed to occupational hazards,so as to take effective prevention and control measures,and protect the health of workers.[Methods]The field occupational health survey, occupational health testing and occupational health examination were adopted in this study. [Results]The qualified rates of the occupational hazards were as follows：63.2% of noise,74.4% of dust,and 20.0 of %high temperature. As for the results of occupational health examination among exposed workers,the detection rate of hearing loss,pulmonary function impairment,abnormal results of high KV chest radiograph,abnormal results of routine blood test,and abnormal results of routine urine test was 24.63%,5.54%,3.32%,2.24% and 3.03%,respectively.[Conclusion]The occupational hazards of dust,noise and high temperature in workplace of this company are serious,and have had an influence on the health of workers. Thus it is necessary to strengthen the occupational hazard control and personal protection,to effectively protect the health of the workers.
