摘　　要：目的通过了解电镀厂职业病危害现状,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法现场职业卫生调查、对作业场所中的职业病危害因素进行检测,对接触职业病危害因素的工人进行职业健康检查。结果检测的6种职业病危害因素中,有2个铬及其化合物检测点时间加权平均(TWA)浓度超标,其短时接触最高浓度是短时接触容许溶度(PC-STEL)的2.42倍,其余均符合职业接触限值要求。职业健康检查发现3人患有其他疾病,2人需要复查。结论该厂未能完全落实职业卫生管理工作,需加强行政监管,督促该厂提高职业病防治能力,并建立和健全完善的职业卫生综合防护措施。[Objective]To understand the present situation of occupational hazards in electroplating factory,provide the basis for making the prevention and control measures. [Methods]The occupational hazards in workplaces were detected by the field occupational health investigation,and the occupational health examination was conducted among workers exposed to occupational hazards. [Results]Among six occupational hazards were detected,the time weighted average（TWA） concentration of chromium and its compounds in two detection points exceeded the standard,which the highest short-term concentration was 2.42 times greater than the permissible concentration-short term exposure limit（PC-STEL）. The detection results of rest occupational hazards met the occupational exposure limits. In the occupational health examination,it is found that 3 workers suffered from other diseases and 2 workers need to check again.[Conclusion]The factory didn＇t fully implement the occupational health management.Therefore,the administrative supervision department should strengthen the administrative management,urge the factory to improve the occupational prevention ability,establish and complete the comprehensive protection measures of occupational health.
