摘  要:目的通过开展深圳市宝安区正己烷和三氯乙烯重点职业病危害因素监测,为职业病防治提供依据。方法筛查2011年1月1日—2013年12月31日宝安区内存在正己烷与三氯乙烯职业危害的企业,从中抽取60%的企业作为调查对象,对工作场所进行监测,对接触正己烷和三氯乙烯的劳动者进行职业健康检查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果正己烷与三氯乙烯监测企业合格率和监测点合格率逐年升高;主要集中在电子、印刷、五金、塑胶制品等行业;接触正己烷和三氯乙烯的劳动者进行职业健康检查的分别为4 554人和747人,职业禁忌证发生率分别为1.3%和1.9%;无正己烷职业病或者疑似职业病,发现2例三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎。结论建立正己烷和三氯乙烯重点职业病监测体系,对预防职业病的发生,可起到一定的积极作用。[Objective]To carry out the monitoring of major occupational diseases caused by n-hexane and trichloroethylene(TCE)in Bao'an District of Shenzhen City,provide the scientific evidence for the prevention and control of occupational diseases.[Methods]Enterprises with occupational hazards related to n-hexane and/or TCE were screened in Bao'an District between January1 st 2011 and December 31 st 2013. Sixty percent of these enterprises were selected as the investigation objects,to monitor the workplaces,and carry out the occupational health examination among the workers exposed to n-hexane and/or TCE. All the data were analyzed statistically.[Results]The qualified rates of enterprises and sites in which n-hexane and/or TCE were monitored were increasing year by year, and the occupational hazards mainly distributed in electronics, printing, hardware and plastic industry.4 554 and 747 person respectively exposed to n-hexane and TCE received occupational health examination,and incidence rate of occupational contraindication concerning to n-hexane and TCE was 1.3% and 1.9%,respectively. No occupational disease or suspected occupational disease resulted from n-hexane was found. Two cases of TCE-induced medicamentosa-like dermatitis were observed.[Conclusion]The establishment of monitoring system for major occupational diseases caused by n-hexane and TCE may exert positive effects for the prevention of the relevant occupational diseases.
