2007年-2013年西安市医疗机构消毒剂质量监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的为了掌握西安市医疗机构消毒剂的质量情况,有效地预防和控制医院内感染的发生,对2007年-2013年西安市医疗机构使用中的消毒剂进行监测。方法现场采集各级医疗机构正在使用中的消毒剂,按照国家卫生部规定的方法进行检测。结果共监测2007年-2013年西安市医疗机构使用中的2%碱性戊二醛752份,650份合格,其合格率为86.44%,其中一级医院、二级医院(含专科医院)、三级医院合格率分别为84.74%、83.78%、90.43%;使用中的0.5%碘伏817份,803份合格,其合格率为98.29%,其中一级医院、二级医院(含专科医院)、三级医院合格率分别为98.01%、97.22%、100.00%。结论仍需加强消毒剂的使用管理和监测,加强监管力度,认真落实消毒制度,切实控制好医院内感染的发生。Objective In order to control the quality of using disinfectant in medical institutions in Xi＇ an and to prevent and control the happening of hospital infection effectively,the disinfectants using for medical institutions were monitored from 2007 to 2013 in Xi＇an. Methods Collected disinfectants used in different kinds of medical institutions on spots and detected them according to the method recommended by the Ministry of Health. Results A total of 752 2% alkaline glutaraldehyde samples in using were collected from 2007 to 2013 in Xi＇an medical institutions,650 samples were qualified and the qualified rate was86. 44%,among them,primary hospital,secondary hospital（ including the special hospital） and tertiary hospital was respectively 84. 74%,83. 78%,90. 43%; A total of 817 0. 5% iodophor samples in using were collected,803 samples were qualified and the qualified rate was 98. 29%,among them,primary hospital,secondary hospital（ including the special hospital） and tertiary hospital was respectively 98. 01%,97. 22%,100. 00%. Conclusion The management and monitor of using disinfectants still need to be strengthened,on the other hand it should be to implement the disinfection system into work seriously,so as to control the hospital- acquired infections.
