石家庄市某VCT室艾滋病自愿咨询检测人群的特征及HIV抗体检测分析

摘　　要：目的分析河北石家庄市某艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）室求询人群的特征和艾滋病病毒（HIV）的感染情况,为更有针对性的制订艾滋病健康教育和行为干预措施提供科学依据。方法收集整理2010年-2012年河北石家庄市某VCT室求询人群的信息和HIV抗体的检测结果并进行统计分析。结果 2010年-2012年期间该VCT室共接受咨询5 051人次,检测5 042人次,HIV抗体的总阳性率为2.62%。20岁～年龄组阳性人数占总阳性人数的77.3%。小学及以下文化程度人群HIV的阳性率最高,而大专及以上文化程度的阳性人数最多。感染途径以性接触为主,占总数的96.98%,其中男男同性性行为占79.55%。结论男男同性性行为是该VCT室求询者的主要传播方式,应加强对该人群的宣传干预、早期检测与早期发现,减少艾滋病的传播。Objective To investigate the current status of human immunodeficiency virus（ HIV） infection and the characteristics of the visitors attending a VCT site in Shijiazhuang and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of HIV /AIDS. Methods Demographic information and the results of HIV antibody detection were collected from individuals who volunteered for counseling and testing at a VCT site in Shijiazhuang from 2010 to 2012. Results 5 051 subjects received consulting and 5 042 subjects were detected. The total HIV positive rate was 2. 62%. The age distribution was mainly in 20- 39 years old. The number of positive in this age group accounted for 77. 3% of the total number of positive. The HIV positive rate was high in the population with the education level at primary school level and below,whereas the most populous of positive accounted for the population with the education level at junior college degree and above. Sexual behavior was the most important reason of transmission,accounting for 96. 98% of the total,of which men who have sex with men（ MSM） accounted for 79. 55%.Conclusion MSM was the main mode of transmission in this VCT site. We should strengthen the propaganda of the population intervention and early detection to reduce the spread of HIV / AIDS.
