摘 要:目的了解食品中沙门菌菌型分布及耐药情况,为合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法对2010年-2013年深圳市分离于食品中的90株沙门菌进行血清分型和药敏试验(K-B)。结果 90株沙门菌共分30型,其中德尔卑17株(18.9%)、鼠伤寒14株(15.6%)、韦太夫雷登6株(6.7%)、其他53株(58.9%)。90株沙门菌对21种抗生素的耐药率分别为:链霉素57.8%、四环素57.8%、萘啶酸44.4%、氨苄西林34.4%、卡那霉素34.4%、甲氧苄啶33.3%、复方新诺明32.2%、庆大霉素28.9%、氯霉素23.3%、阿米卡星17.8%、阿莫西林16.7%、头孢噻吩13.3%、环苯沙星12.2%、左氧氟沙星11.1%、氨苄西林舒巴坦7.8%;最敏感的是头孢吡肟为100%、美洛培南为100%,其次为头孢西丁99.9%、头孢他啶99.9%、头孢曲松99.9%、亚胺培南97.8%。结论分离于食品中的沙门菌血清型较分散,且对抗菌药物耐药严重,并产生多重耐药性,应引起政府相关部门的重视,加强对饲料抗生素类添加剂使用的安全性管理,指导养殖业主合理使用抗生素。Objective To investigate the serotype distribution and drug resistance of Salmonella in food,providing basis for rational use of antibiotics. Methods Serotyping and susceptibility testing( K- B) of 90 Salmonella strains isolated from food in Shenzhen from 2010 to 2013 were conducted Salmonella. Results 90 Salmonella strains consisted of 30 types,of which 17 strains were Salmonella derby( 18. 9%),14 strains were Salmonella typhimurium( 15. 6%). And 53 strains accounted for58. 9%. The resistance rates of 90 Salmonella strains to 21 antibiotics were as following: streptomycin( 57. 8%),tetracycline( 57. 8%),nalidixic acid( 44. 4%),ampicillin( 34. 4%),kanamycin( 34. 4%),trimethoprim( 33. 3%),cotrimoxazole( 32. 2%),gentamicin( 28. 9%),chloromycetin( 23. 3%),amikacin( 17. 8%),amoxicillin( 16. 7%),cefalotin( 13. 3%),ciprofloxacin( 12. 2%),levofloxacin( 11. 1%),ampicillin sulbactam( 7. 8%); Most sensitive to cefepime( 100%) and meropenem( 100%),followed by cefoxitin( 99. 9%),ceftazidime( 99. 9%),ceftriaxone( 99. 9%) and imipenem( 97. 8%). Conclusion Serotypes of Salmonella isolated from food were scattered. Salmonella was resistant to antimicrobial drugs seriously and produced multiple drug resistance which should cause the attention of the relevant government departments. Strengthen the security management of antibiotic feed additives and guide breeding owners the rational use of antibiotics.
