摘　　要：采用百度试验法对楸木干燥特性及基准进行研究,拟定50mm厚楸木的常规蒸汽干燥基准;通过预试验、优化试验、验证试验3个阶段的生产性试验,分析总结得出楸木常规蒸汽干燥工艺;经生产性验证试验分析得知,采用该工艺,干燥质量能够达到国家锯材干燥质量标准要求,经济效益可观。该工艺可供木材干燥及木制品加工企业参考应用。Drying characteristics and schedule of Chinese walnut wood were studied by using 100 ℃ drying test.The conventional steam drying schedule of 50mm thickness Chinese walnut wood was developed.The conventional steam drying process of Chinese walnut wood was obtained through analyzing and summarizing the results of preliminary test,optimization test,and verification test.Through tests and analysis,it is learned that the quality of dried boards can reach the requirements specified in national standard of drying quality of sawn timber,with considerable economic benefits,such drying process can be used by wood drying and wood products processing enterprises for reference.
