摘　　要：介绍一种新型智能计数系统,该系统是为水泥包装车间皮带机和装车皮带机设计的,能够对袋装水泥进行精确计数,能够加强其与客户的互动能力和安全措施,具有计数准确、识别连包、操作简便、运行可靠等特点。包装机采用单片机计量与控制,电路简单,控制方式灵活,也可用于其他粉状物料的包装和计量。智能称重控制系统集逻辑控制与计量控制功能为一体,提高了A/D转换精度及显示精度,增加了逻辑动作指示,改进了人机界面,操作和维修更方便。This paper introduces a new intelligent counting system designed for the belt machine and loading belt machine used in cement packing workshop, it can accurately count the number of packed cement, and strengthen its interaction with the customers and safety measures. It is characterized by accurate counting, identifying even bags, simple operation, reliable running, etc. The packaging machine adopts single-chip microcomputer to measure and control, featuring simple circuit, flexible control mode, being able to be used for packing and counting the package of other powder materials. The intelligent weighing control system integrates logic control with metering control functions, improving the A/D conversion precision and display precision, adding in the logic operation indication, and improving the man-machine interface, making the operation and maintenance more convenient.
