低挥发性有机化合物水性内墙装饰涂料的制备

摘　　要：雾霾已严重影响了人们的生活，其中挥发性有机化合物（VOC）则是产生雾霾的主要原因之一。文中从原料选择、配方设计等方面阐述如何制作低VOC水性内墙装饰涂料。选择醋丙乳液作为成膜物质，不加任何高沸点成膜助剂，并选用不合烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚（APEO）和溶剂的助剂，以多功能添加剂取代丙二醇，杜绝涂料原材料中VOC的来源。同时对产品进行耐洗刷性能测试、涂料涂覆后的漆膜表观效果测试和低温稳定性测试，各种性能均能满足市场的需求。Atmospheric haze has seriously influenced people＇s life. The volatile organic compounds （VOC） are one of the main causes of haze. The paper described how to make low VOC aqueous decoration coating from the raw materials choise, formulation design etc aspects, choosing a vinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion as film forming material, without any high boiling coalescent, and choosing additives not containing alkyl phenol polyexyethylene ether and solvent, substituting propanediol with multifunctional additives, eliminating the source of VOC in the raw materials. AT the same time we conducted the test of wet scrub resistance on the product, appearent effect of the film and low temperature stability etc. after coating, all the performance can meet the needs of the market.
