两例因细胞型免疫缺陷致全身播散性卡介苗感染的案例分析

摘　　要：山东省日照市在实施新生儿卡介苗接种过程中,发生2起因细胞型免疫功能缺陷引起全身播散性卡介苗感染的案例。2例患者均以注射部位同侧腋下淋巴结开始播散至颈部和腹股沟淋巴结、肺部、肛周等部位;其中1例还播散至肝、脾、腹膜及骨髓,最终导致死亡。Two cases of systemic disseminated BCG infection duo to cellular immunodeficiency occurred in the infant BCG vaccination in Rizhao, Shandong province. First, the lymph gland under infection site was involved, then the involvement disseminated to neck, inguinal lymph gland and crissum, and even to liver, spleen, peritoneum and marrow in 1 case, resulting the death of this case.
