摘  要:采用溶液混合分散法按比例在人造石墨表面包覆一层酚醛树脂,在N2氛围1osoo℃碳备了具有核壳结构的改性石墨锂离子电池负极材料。通过x射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、比表面测试仪、粒度分析仪、振实密度测试仪以及电池测试等方法研究了材料的结构、形貌、比表面、粒度分布、振实密度以及电池性能。结果表明,经过包覆改性,材料的比表面积有所下降,振实密度提高,表面裂缝和缺陷得到改善,改性石墨不可逆容量由79.26mAh/g降到了56.55mAh/g,首次效率由81.3%提高到了86%。A core-shell structure of the carbon-coated modified graphite composite as Anode Material for lithium ion batteries was successfully prepared. Artificial graphite was coated by PF resin in the way of mixed solution dispersion method and then carbonized at 1050~C in N2 atmosphere. X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), specific surface area test instrument, laser particle size, tap density tester and battery test system were used to characterize the crystal structure, morphology, specific area, particle size, tap density and electrochemical properties of samples. The results showed that the specific area decreased and the tap density improved after the coating modification. The cracks and defects in the surface were repaired. Its irreversible capacity reduced to 56.55mAh/g from 79.26mAh/g, and the coulomb efficiency raised from 81.3% to 86% for the first time.
