百会穴及配伍治疗卒中后抑郁的处方运用规律研究

摘　　要：目的:分析百会穴及其配伍治疗卒中后抑郁的运用规律。方法:对以百会穴为主要刺激点、针灸或针灸为主作为治疗方法的现代临床文献进行收集、整理,统计百会穴单穴及配伍腧穴治疗卒中后抑郁的频次,分析百会穴及其配伍治疗卒中后抑郁的运用规律。结果:常用的配穴依次为神门、印堂、太冲、内关、神庭、三阴交、四神聪、足三里;配穴以督脉、肝经、心经为主,其中头面颈项最多,下、上肢部其次;不同穴位配伍存在临床效应特异性。结论:针灸治疗卒中后抑郁,主要采用百会配伍督脉、肝经、心经穴位,并根据症状进行优化。Objective：To analyze the rule of Baihui （ GV20 ） and its compatibilities in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods：Collect and sort out the modern acupuncture clinical literature about Baihui （ GV20） as the main point of stimulation in the treatment of post-stroke depression,and count the frequency and proportion of Baihui（GV20） and its compatibilities,then analyze the rule of it.Results：Shenmen（HT7）, Yintang（GV29）, Taichong（LR3）, Neiguan（PC6）, Shenting（GV24）, Sanyinjiao（SP6）, Sishencong（EX-HN1）, Zusanli（ST36） were mostly used combined points.The top three meridians combined with Baihui （GV20） were Du meridian,liver meridian and heart meridian.Acupoints combined with Baihui （GV20） were mostly distributed in the head, face, neck and secondly distributed in lower limbs and upper limbs.Different acupoint compatibilities had different clinical effects.Conclusion：Acupuncture treatment for post-stroke de-pression mainly combined Baihui （ GV20 ） with acupoints of Du meridian, liver meridian, heart meridian and can be optimized according to the symptoms.
