耳穴贴压法与田七痛经胶囊治疗原发性痛经的疗效对比观察

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴贴压与田七痛经胶囊治疗原发性痛经的疗效及预后。方法:将64例患者随机分为耳穴贴压组(33例)和田七痛经胶囊组(31例)。耳穴贴压组取耳穴神门、内生殖器、内分泌、皮质下、交感、肾、肝,用粘有王不留行籽的胶布贴压,田七痛经胶囊组口服田七痛经胶囊治疗,两组均治疗3个月经周期后评定疗效。结果:耳穴贴压组总有效率为93.9%,田七痛经胶囊组总有效率为83.9%,两组疗效比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。耳穴贴压组复发率为28.6%,田七痛经胶囊组复发率为71.4%。结论:耳穴贴压组临床疗效优于田七痛经胶囊组,且复发率低于田七痛经胶囊组。耳穴贴压法对原发性痛经有显著的治疗作用。Objective：To compare the effects of auricular point sticking and Tianqi Tongjing capsules on prima-ry dysmenorrhea.Methods：Sixty-four cases were randomly divided into an auricular point sticking point stick-ing group with 33 cases and a Tianqi Tongjing capsule group with 31 cases.The auricular point sticking group was treated by auricular point sticking at Shenmen,Zigong（ uterus） ,Neifenmi（ endorine） ,Pizhixia（ subcortex） , Jiaogan（sympathesis）, Shen（kidney）and Gan（liver）,which were taped and pressed by the adhesive plaster with Vaccaria seeds.The Tianqi Tongjing capsule group was treated by orally taking Tianqi Tongjing capsules. The therapeutic effects were assessed after treatment for 3menstrual cycles.Results：The total effective rate was 93.9%in the auricular point sticking group and 83.9%in the Tianqi Tongjing capsule group with a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.The reoccurrence rate was 28.6% in the auricular point sticking group and 71.4%in the Tianqi Tongjing capsule group.Conclusion：Auricular point sticking therapy has a sig-nificantly therapeutic effect on primary dysmenorrhea.
