十二透刺法联合火针法治疗缺血性脑卒中后肌张力增高的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察十二透刺法联合火针法治疗缺血性脑卒中后肌张力增高的疗效。方法:60例患者随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。观察组采用十二透刺联合火针法,对照组采用常规针刺法。两组分别于治疗前、治疗4周后采用改良Ashworth痉挛量表、采用简化的Fugl-Meyer偏瘫肢体功能评分法进行评定。结果:治疗后两组肌张力及运动功能较治疗前均有改善(P<0.01),观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:十二透刺法联合火针法较常规针刺法能显著改善缺血性脑卒中患者肌张力增高状态,提高肢体运动功能,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effects of twelve penetration needling combined with the fire needle therapy on hypermyotonia after ischemic stroke.Methods：60 patients with hypermyotonia after ische-mic stroke were randomly divided into a treatment group（30 patients）and a control group（30 patients）.In the treatment group,the patients were treated with twelve penetration needling combined with the fire needle thera-py.In the control group,the patients were treated with routine acupuncture.The modified Ashworth spasm score and the hemiplegic limb function Fugl-Meyer score were assessed in the two groups before the treatment and after four weeks’treatment.Results：After the treatment,the modified Ashworth spasm score and Fugl-Meyer score improved more significantly in the treatment group than those in the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclu-sion：The twelve penetration needling combined with the fire needle therapy can significantly reduce the hyper-myotonia after stroke and enhance the activity of hemiplegic limb function,which is worth clinical popularization.
