摘　　要：为了评价盐酸多西环素黄芪多糖可溶性粉对鸡慢性呼吸道病的疗效,本试验用盐酸多西环素黄芪多糖可溶性粉0.5、1.0、1.5 g/L水3个剂量对人工感染鸡慢性呼吸道病的鸡群混饮治疗,同时设立硫氰酸红霉素可溶性粉对照组。试验结果表明:盐酸多西环素黄芪多糖可溶性粉3个剂量组的有效率、治愈率及平均增重皆高于硫氰酸红霉素可溶性粉组,且能显著降低气囊的病理损伤程度及抗体检出率,因此证明该药对鸡慢性呼吸道病具有很好的治疗效果。In order to evaluate the effect of doxyeycline hydrochloride astragalus polysaecharides soluble powder against Mycoplasma gallisepticum infection in chicken,chickens infected with Mycoplasma gallisepticum were treated with doxycycline hydrochloride astragalus polysacchafide soluble powder at 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 g / L water respectively, and erythromycin thiocyanate soluble powder. The results indicated that the efficient rate and cure rate and the average weight gain of doxycyeline hydrochloride astragalus polysaccharide soluble powder at aconc, entration of 0.5,1.0 and 1.5 g / L water were better than erythromycin thiocyanate soluble powder under the treatment of Mycoplasma ga,ilisepticum infection of chickens,and could reduce the pathological damage degree and the antibody detection rate significantly. Therefore, the results showed that doxycycline hydroehloride astragalus polysaccharide soluble powder have very good treatment effect against Mycoplasma gaUisepticum infection in chicken.
