摘　　要：文章首先概述了江苏音像资料馆现有的服务方式,然后分析了全媒体时代江苏音像资料馆服务方式的创新和发展,最后探讨了江苏音像资料馆以用户为中心,更新服务理念,创新服务方式,提升服务能力,更好地开展音像资料服务需做好的几项工作。This paper first describes the Jiangsu audio-visual archive existing service mode, and then analyzes the innovation and development of the service mode of Jiangsu audio and video archives under the new situation, finally has discussed the Jiangsu audio-visual Archive user centered, update the service concept, innovative services, improve service ability, promote several the problem of audio and video archives to better carry out service need to be solved, such as improving the innovation development mode, audio and video information retrieval system and the construction of characteristic collection.
