摘 要:通过混凝土试件中心拉拔试验,研究了混凝土强度(LC35-LC45)、钢纤维体积率(0-1.2%)、粗骨料强度(筒压强度不同的陶粒)、细骨料类型(轻质陶砂和机制砂)对钢纤维轻骨料混凝土与光面钢筋粘结性能的影响.结果表明:所有试件均发生拔出破坏,钢纤维轻骨料混凝土与光面钢筋具有良好的粘结性能,钢纤维全轻混凝土的粘结强度和对应特征滑移量大于钢纤维机制砂轻骨料混凝土,钢纤维掺量和粗骨料强度对钢纤维全轻混凝土与光面钢筋的粘粘结性能影响较小.经过对实测曲线的统计分析,提出了粘结—滑移计算公式.Based on the central-pullout tests of plain steel-bar in specimens of steel fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete (SFRLAC), the effects of concrete strength varying from LC35 to LC45, fraction of steel fiber by volume changing from zero to 1.2%, coarse aggregate of ceramsite in different cylinder compressive strength and fine aggregate in different type of lightweight sand and machine-made sand on the bond properties of plain steel-bar with SFRLAC are investigated. The results show that all specimens damaged from pullout of plain steel-bar with good bond properties to SFRLAC, the bond strength and related characteristic slip of SFRLAC with lightweight sand are larger than those of SFRLAC with machine-made sand, the fraction of steel fiber by volume and the strength of coarse aggregate have little influence on the bond strength of plain steel-bar to SFRLAC with lightweight sand. With the statistical analyses on the test curves, the formulas are proposed for the calculation of bond-slip relationship.
