摘 要:研究目的:分析农村土地制度安排对农民工市民化的影响机制,并基于拓展的托达罗模型分析和义乌市调研数据进行实证检验。研究方法:理论分析和计量检验。研究结果:农村土地制度安排可通过保险效应和环境舒适度效应影响农民工市民化意愿。承包地为农民工城市融入的失败提供退路和保险,希望保留承包地的农民工其市民化意愿更高;宅基地和耕地为农民工在农村提供较城市更好的居住工作条件和环境,拥有宅基地和打算返乡种地的农民工则不倾向于市民化。新生代和老一代农民工市民化意愿及其对农村土地态度存在显著差异。研究结论:农村土地制度安排影响农民工市民化意愿,进而影响农民工市民化进程和土地集约利用,因此,应重视农村土地制度的合理安排。This study purposes to analyze the impact mechanisms of land institutions on rural migrant labors' citizenization based on the expanded Todaro model with the data set from Yiwu city. Theoretical analysis and econometric analysis methods were employed. The result indicates that rural land institutions could impact rural migrant labors' citizenization through insurance effect and environmental amenity effect. Rural migrant labors that want to keep contracted land have higher willingness, as their rural contracted land provides retreat route and insurance. Rural migrant labors with rural residential land or intending to do homeward farming have lower willingness, as their rural residential and arable land could provide better residential and working environment than cities. The new and old generation rural migrant workers have significant differences in their willingness and attitude toward rural land. It is concluded that as rural land institution arrangement affects rural migrant labors' citizenization willingness, restricting rural migrant labors' citizenization progress and land intensive use, the government should pay attention to the influences of the rural land institutions.
