摘　　要：研究目的:对当前国内外海外耕地投资的研究成果进行综述,以期为中国学者开展相关研究提供借鉴。研究方法:文献资料法和比较分析法。研究结果:介绍了海外耕地投资的产生与进展,并从海外耕地投资的起源与发展、海外耕地投资的发生机制、海外耕地投资的风险收益、海外耕地投资的投资模式、海外耕地投资的价值评判、海外耕地投资的规范与管理6个方面对当前国内外海外耕地投资研究进展进行了综述。研究结论:在当前国际发展背景和粮食安全现实下,海外耕地投资研究已经从农业投资研究中裂生出来成为一个新的重要的研究领域,这一研究领域也将受到国内学者的重视。The purpose of this paper is to review the studies on overseas farmland investment, and to provide references for domestic scholars. Methods employed include documentation and comparative analysis. Research results include that 1）introduction of the generation and progress of overseas farmland investment studies, and 2）reviews on the following six aspects of overseas farmland investment, including emergence and development, occurrence mechanism, risks and benefits, modes of investment, value judgment, and standardization and management. It is concluded that under current international background of development and food security situation, overseas farmland investment has become a brand new research area after separating from agriculture investment, and this research area will be attached great importance by domestic scholars.
