摘　　要：文章介绍了涡轮式流量计的基本组成、测量原理和信号特点,详细阐述了SKD-3000数控测井系统环空卡的设计思路、与涡轮式流量井下仪器的配接原理和信号处理电路的具体设计。完成了预期的设计目标,得出了正确的涡轮转动频率和流量的响应曲线。The paper introduces three main points of the turbine meter:the basic components,the theory of measurement and the characteristic of signal.The design thought of annulus board of SKD-3000 Numerical Control Well Logging Machine,theory of linking with turbine meter subsurface equipment and the concrete design of its signal processing are formulated in detail.The expected goal has been achieved with the correct rotational frequency of a turbine and response curve of a meter.
