摘　　要：随着页岩气规模化勘探开发及管道系统的发展,对川气东送天然气合同的现状和执行中存在的问题进行了分析,提出适合页岩气的合同管理建议,以达到兼顾风险控制和市场培育的目的。Following the large-scale exploration and production of shale gas and the development of ts to de pipeline system, the article analyzes the status and problems existing in execution of gas contracts in the Sichuan east China gas transmission pipeline project and puts forward contract management suggestions suitable for sha gas, so as to achieve the purpose of giving consideration to both risk control and market cultivation .
