摘 要:采用模拟探究方法,在有纤维和没有纤维存在的水性油墨体系中,研究3种金属离子及其不同使用量下,水性油墨胶体稳定性。结果显示,水性油墨的平均粒径为154.0nm,热不稳定;在2种系统中,3种金属离子对水性油墨胶体稳定性都有显著影响,钙离子、镁离子能使水性油墨粒径增大几十倍,pH略微减小,电导率增加;仅需要1/10的钙离子或镁离子浓度,铝离子就能使水性油墨粒子的粒径增大300倍,pH明显降低。纤维的存在能够稍微增加体系的pH和电导率。电镜照片显示,金属离子的加入可以减少纤维对油墨的吸附。Simulation method was adopted to study the water-based ink stability with different dosage of metal ions in two different simulation systems with or without fibre.Results showed that water-based ink was thermal instability when the average particle size was 154.0nm.Three kinds of metal ions showed significant influence on the stability of the water-based ink gel in the two systems.The water-based ink particle size was increased dozens times,pH was reduced slightly,and conductivity was raised slowly with increasing calcium and magnesium ions in system.The water-based ink size was increased by 300 times and pH was reduced sharply even with one-tenth of calcium or magnesium ions in system.The presentation of fiber could increase slightly pH value and conductivity of the system.The addition of ions could reduce ink adsorption on fibres.
