摘  要:预制空心板张拉施工工艺复杂,为准确有效地建立空心板混凝土预应力,需熟练掌握控制张拉力、理论伸长量、实际伸长量控制范围计算方法,同时熟练掌握张拉次序、张拉施工程序、分级升荷、实际伸长量量测及计算办法及张拉"双控"等施工工艺.以峡江库区同南河桥梁工程为例,对预应力张拉计算、后张法施工工艺进行简述,作为施工经验总结可为类似工程施工提供参考.The tension construction process of precast hollow slabs is complicated. In order to establish exactly and effectively the concrete pretress of hollow slabs, the calculation method of controlling tension force, theoretical elongation and real elongation and the construction process of tension sequence, tension construction order, loading in increments, measuring and calculating the real elongation and controlling tension stress and elongation are expertly grasped. Taking the bridge project of Tongnan River in Xiajiang Reservoir area as an example, the calculation and construction process of prestressed tension are introduced. It can be referred for the relevant technicians.
