髌软骨退变分级与非置换髌骨TKA疗效的相关性前瞻性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨髌骨软骨不同退变等级对非髌骨置换型全膝关节置换术临床疗效的影响。方法:对我院行全膝关节置换术的20名患者,按照髌骨软骨退变不同等级分为A、B两组,术后随访分别对两组患者使用fateller、HSS进行髌骨、膝关节及膝关节功能评分进行比较,并统计末次随访时不同髌骨软骨退变等级患者的满意度模糊率。结果:两组相比较,fateller髌骨评分、HSS膝关节评分、膝关节功能评分、患者满意度模糊率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:GradesⅢ级和Ⅳ级髌骨软骨退变对全膝关节保留髌骨软骨表面置换后的临床疗效无明显影响。Objective：To investgate TKA clinical outcome in different grades of patellar degeneration without patellarsurfacing. Methods：20 patients from our hospital were divided into Group A and Group B according to different levels of patella cartilage degeneration, comparing Group A with Group B by fateller, HSS, knee and knee function scores before and after operation. Results.Fellar patellar score,HSS knee score,knee function score and patient satisfaction rate were all found to be greater than 0.05, The result was not statistically significant. Conclusions ： GradesIII and IV patella cartilage degeneration had no significant effect on clinical efficacy after non- replacement of patella TAK .
