摘　　要：目的:探讨PICC置管临床路径和质量管理体系的应用效果。方法:编制PICC置管临床路径;比较置管前、后及拔管前两组患者对相关知识的掌握情况。结果:研究组患者对置管前、后和拔管前对相关知识的掌握情况明显高于对照组(P<0.01);PICC置管维护满意度得分明显高于对照组(P<0.01),而并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:PICC置管临床路径和质量管理体系在临床上应用有很好的效果。Objective： To investigate the application effect of the clinical pathway of PICC and its quality management system. Methods： We had developed the PICC clinical pathway through ex- perts＇ consultation. The relevant knowledge mastered by the two groups before and after cathete- ring and extubation were compared. Results： The study group had better relevant knowledge than the control group before and after the catheterization and extubation （P〈0. 001）, had a higher sati- sfction rate in PICC catheter maintenance （P〈0. 001） and a lower incidence of complications （P〈0. 001）. Conclusion： The clinical pathway and quality management system of PICC has better effect in clinical application.
