摘　　要：放射治疗是治疗恶性肿瘤的主要手段,放射治疗最常见的损害就是放射性皮炎。积极有效地预护、治疗可减轻患者的痛苦,促进创面愈合,保证放疗顺利进行,提高患者生存率和生存质量。Radiotherapy is the main means to treat malignant tumor, and its most common damage is radiodermatitis. Positive and effective prevention and treatment can relieve the patients＂ pain, pro- mote the wound healing, ensure the smooth radiotherapy, and improve the survival rate and life qualities of the patients
